Christmas Day at Windrush Cottage

After leaving Brooke and Dustin's, we
stopped by and got Mom and headed home
for our dinner preparations.
Since we didn't see everyone for Thanksgiving,
it seemed only right that we all gather
for Christmas Day.

The table was set and preparations completed
to host our guests.

Johnnie Belle and Billie presided over the affair.

The Tim Williams Family joined us
and we were so glad to have them!

Dustin snatched a little Cash time.

Following dinner, the little's retired to the
basement with their new Pillow Pets
and new Snuggies
to enjoy a holiday movie fest.
Lee let Grandma Billie try on
part of the Queen's Storyteller's costume.
The older ladies just love him!
Vanessa made these gorgeous night gowns
for her girls for Christmas and they
looked like little angels....of course,
NOT to be found withOUT their
coveted Pillow Pets.
All in all....it was a fantastic Christmas Day.
It always seems to fly by too fast.
Thanks for joining us, everyone.
You made our Christmas Day most memorable!
XOXO

Christmas Eve with the Jacksons

Another first for Mike and me...Brooke invited
us to spend the night with them Christmas Eve,
and it seemed like a fine idea since Mom didn't want
to stay over and we were going to be alone.
So after dinner at Bonsai, we headed to
Apple Cross Way.
I love how Brooke decorates her tree with
all the Christmas cards she gets!

And there was the traditional opening of
the Chrsitmas pajamas!

Gus-Gus is the new addition this
year....and NOT to be left out,
he grabbed a marker and
was helping with writing the
note to Santa!

Hugs good-night and they were
off to bed! Mike was coming down with
something so it was a long night for him. :(
We spent a few hours doing last minute
wrapping and watching a little Law and Order.

But morning came pretty early and
what a delight to be there for the
girls excitement!

The Hair-Stylin' Station was a huge hit!

We had a bit of a Poppy Flop but
quickly recovered. This is a very
high-pressure time of year for
a 2 year old!!
Handy Manny to the rescue!

Pillow Pet for comfort and relaxation!

These two cuties will have hours of fun
working on each other at the stylin' station!

Brooke put together a fantastic Christmas Breakfast
and then the girls were ready for a nap.
We had a GREAT time with the Jackson
family. Thanks so much for including us!
XOXO

Williams Holiday Party 2010

December 23rd was the date, the Club House was
the location and my favorite co-hort in crime, Eileen and I
were in charge of putting it together. We even
had matching outfits!!

The feast was laid and the festivities began!

Cash is the newest member of the family and
he was the star!

Such a great opportunity to re-connect and
just visit.

Johnnie Belle, the soon-to-be 90 year old
matricarch was there.

There were games for the little ones....

And a little holiday dancing....

And of course....the Queen's Storyteller!!
(What will we ever do if Lee decides to retire??)

There was lots of participation.....

And Landon and Jude were enthralled....
even if it was a story about fairies and
directed more towards the girls.
Kennan was prepping the 2011 arrival for what is
yet to come next year!

It was a huge success....but the end is yet to be known.
So get up here Lamoreaux's and Jackson's...so we can
find out what happens!!
The Queen's Storyteller makes this such an
anticipated event. Thanks, Lee, for all your
efforts. We LOVE you!!

And then for the best part.....
our executive producer was at Bear Lake so
Kennan and I had to step in.
The cast was set and the players were ready!

Tiff and Mark had to be Mary and Joseph because Cash
was Baby Jesus....and he was perfect. Not a peep out of him...
he slept like a little angel.

How lucky we are to have so many beautiful children to
play the parts and to remind us of what this season is
truly about. It's my favorite part of the whole holiday!
And THAT is how it is done Williams-style!
Thanks to all who participated!
Love you people...XO
